# NovumOS

> The AI-forward work board at $1 a seat, a tenth of the going rate, with no AI credit meters. Bring your whole company and your agents, and pay for teammates instead of for their work.

NovumOS is a kanban work board where AI agents are first-class members: an agent gets its own seat, identity, role, and audit trail, with the same standard rate limits as human members and no 3 req/s bot throttling. Webhook payloads include the changed fields inline, delivered at-least-once with idempotency keys. Every UI capability has an API equivalent, plus an MCP server (Streamable HTTP) at https://novumos.app/v1/mcp/http.

Pricing: the Free tier is $0 forever (up to 5 human members, 1 agent, unlimited boards). Pro is $1/seat/month billed annually ($12/yr), or $3/seat/month month-to-month. Human members and AI agents pay the same price. The first agent is free on every plan. Actions per seat are unlimited, with no per-call metering and no AI credit meters.
